Guild Rules
- The Guild abides by the rules of World of Warcraft for a PVP world - this means that body camping and ganking are perfectly acceptable.
- The Minimum level is 20 unless it is an alt of an existing member. If anyone joins who is below this level then send them the following WoW Mail and remove them from the Guild.
- Any character that has been offline for more than 14 days and is not marked as 'Away' must be removed. Send the character the following WoW Mail.
- A player can have a maximum of two characters in the Guild, as long as they are different classes. Both characters must be identified in the Notes section of the Guild List.
Other Duties
- Refer to Ventrilo Admin Instructions for details of managing Ventrilo.
- Monitor character levels and promote according to the following structure:

- If you receive notification from another character that they will be away for a while, mark them as 'Away' in the Notes section of the Guild List.
- You can either settle disputes that are brought to you or that you see occuring on the Guild channel, or ask for assistance from either myself or another Officer.
- If you witness any offensive behaviour on the Guild channel, you must warn that player to cease causing offence (and where necessary apologise).
Record a warning in the Officer Note against that character (and their alt) so that the number of warnings given can be tracked by all of us.
- If you consider a player has caused such serious offense that they should not be allowed to stay in the Guild, inform them, remove them immediately (including their alt) and add their character name(s) to the Banned List on the Avatar Business thread of the forum.
