EligibilityThe minimum level requirement is 20 unless it is an alt of your main character in the guild. You will remain an Initiate until you are known by the Guild and invited to become an Avatar.Application to the Guild is via the Guild Forum only as it is mandatory to be registered on the forum to be a Member or have a Ventrilo account.
Officers of the GuildClarissa, Minky and Huth are the Officers of the Guild. They have the authority to enforce the Guild rules, promote characters and settle disputes.
Invites to the GuildAnyone with a rank of Avatar or above can invite someone into the Guild. Please don't just invite anyone who asks.Be selective; only accept players that you are confident will play fair and honourably. I say 'player' because it is expected that characters will develop and, with the help of the Guild, become better skilled, but you cannot change the calibre of the player.
Guild MeetsAny specific events will be announced as the Message of the Day on both the Guild channel and the Forum.Please Note: There must be a balance of what lower level characters expect of their higher level brethren, and an acceptance of the need for the higher levels to advance too.
Avatars Guild StructureThe Avatars are structured according to how well known and respected you are within the guild. The Ranks of Titan and Pantheon are reserved for the higher levels as it is an achievement that should be recognised. Pantheons are able to read Officer Notes written in the Guild List against other players and are expected to assist the Officers and GM in monitoring the behaviour of the other members.
Guild ProfessionsThese are advertised on the Guild Forum. These services are not usually offered for free and you would normally be expected to either buy the components yourself, or arrange a suitable price. However, members should offer their items/services at either cost price or at a nominal profit; the Guild brother or sister wielding that enchanted +5 to damage weapon may well be the one defending your life!
